"Tarpon Bay Tales" offers a great mix of awesome action and comprehensive angling know-how. Each episode has something for everyone because the show is aimed at anglers of all ages and skill levels. Offshore, inshore and onshore, the show targets all the popular game fish species available that season.
Though "Tarpon Bay Tales" is centered primarily around the many saltwater spots available in Florida and neighboring waters, once a season the program takes its cameras to one of the world's most desirable fishing destinations (i.e. the Bahamas, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Mexico).
While variety is important, the show's producers know that most anglers don't just want to watch someone else have all the fun. So Capt. Alex always shows effective strategies and new tricks that you can use yourself. From hot new lures to the most successful tactics, all "How-to" segments are explained in detail and illustrated with the help of close-up shots and on-screen graphics to make them dynamic and very easy to understand.
Every episode of "Tarpon Bay Tales" also includes a segment called "Fish 'N Facts," which covers key facts about the location and the gamefish chosen. Plus, there's "Tackle Talk," which covers gear, rigging and specific tactics.
Add "Tarpon Bay Tales" to your TV tackle box – it's fun and it'll make you a better fisherman.
