About the Show
American Powerboat Television is the first in-depth news and feature series to bring you the action and excitement of the 2006 performance boat season. APBTV provides the most current information on the sport. We’ve got the latest scoops on the offshore racing and poker run circuits, the nation’s biggest boat shows, consumer info, and performance tips.

Each episode features race highlights, personality profiles, and technical information critical to getting the most out of these speed-spitting vessels. There are also features on lifestyle, performance- and pleasure-boat clubs, boat testing, high-performance driving instruction, and safety tips.

You don’t need to own a boat to enjoy “The Fastest Half Hour on the Water,” just an appreciation for all things fast and beautiful. Even if you don’t know a poker run* from a pontoon boat, American Powerboat Television will thrill with the sights and sounds of these high-tech, high-horsepower marvels. And if you do know the difference, well, you’re gonna be in hot-boat heaven!

*Boats racing from point to point, collecting playing cards to complete a winning hand. Usually run for charity. Now you know.
